BgRaster

BgRaster is a fast Windows console application that generates and assigns a custom wallpaper to every display it finds — one PNG per monitor, at native resolution. It's inspired by the classic Sysinternals BgInfo, rebuilt on modern frameworks for the way AV technicians, video engineers and realtime graphics specialists actually work.

Wallpapers are described in a simple TOML file as composable layers: text, network information, logos, grids and backgrounds, with dynamic token substitution for live system details and display "slicing" for advanced multi-monitor layouts. It ships as a portable single-file executable with no runtime dependencies, needs no elevated privileges, and exits as soon as its work is done — ideal for login scripts and fleet provisioning.

BgRaster is free and open source under the MIT license, published under gameshow.pro, the home of my reusable production tools.
